Fishing Report: Wahoo are still snapping off Hillsboro
Pictured here is the Bouck charter from yesterday’s trip aboard the Lisa B out of Lighthouse Point. Three wahoo and several black fin tuna is a great catch on a four hour trip. Multiple boats caught several wahoo this week. The forecast for this weekend looks mighty sporty, so I’d check the weather before heading out. The best of the bite has been from 180 feet to 275 feet.

You didn’t have to ask him twice. He was really one of a kind, a heart of gold.”

“With a fair amount of driving there is no need to get stuck in heavy traffic”. The great article about the Atlantic Boulevard and Dixie Highway project in the Feb. 9th edition was fascinating. Out of the Pulpit: The meaning of St. Valentine’s Day is much more than hearts and flowers
Last month, I reflected on the second half of God’s first directive to humanity. This month, I’m focusing on the first half: Be fruitful and multiply. What better month for reflection on life-creating love than February, as all love in one way or another is meant to be life-giving as participation with the pure love of God? However, it seems that starting Dec. 26 many stores became awash with mawkish pink hearts and packaging to capitalize on the next overtly-commercialized holiday: Valentine’s Day.
