Monday Night Storm Mostly Results in Trees along a Handful of Streets; No Major Roads Blocked

(Photo by Jennifer Bailey) By all accounts, the Monday evening storm that passed through Danville and Vermilion County was certainly a nuisance, but caused little in regard to damages. Vermilion County EMA (Emergency Management Agency) Director Russell Rudd stated that the county’s storm damage was “limited to power lines and a few trees down. Nothing major.”
