Lots of unlicenced people in possession of guns, what happened to the one year mandatory sentence. Plus our state passed a bunch of laws making it harder for law abiding citizens to get permits or licenses.But all the law breaker needs is money. My FID expired years ago when they changed the rules. I have a 20 year old 2nd offence DUI no accident or anyone injured and can't get a permit. Yet the criminals have guns. With all the shootings and stabbings in New Bedford I'm no allowed to protect myself. When you outlaw guns only outlaws will have guns!
