157th Brooklyn Memorial Day Parade kicks off today

Brooklyn is kicking off the unofficial start of summer by marking Memorial Day with several parades and events to honor those who served.

The 157th Brooklyn Memorial Day Parade is the country's oldest continuously run Memorial Day parade. Hundreds of parade participants carried flags, played music, and performed for the crowds.
