Driver charged in deadly Deer Park nail salon crash expected back in court on Thursday

The driver charged in the deadly crash at a Deer Park nail salon is expected back in court on Thursday. Sources have confirmed to News 12 that a grand jury has indicted Steven Schwally on murder charges

. Schwally was initially charged with DWI in the crash that killed four people and injured nine others. Police say Schwally's blood alcohol content was nearly double the legal limit. "
