WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: - The good weather continued to roll through the Hudson Valley with lots of sunshine, warm temperatures and a little more humidity in days past. Look for that trend to continue heading into the weekend. - Humidity levels will be on the rise for both weekend days, but they won't be days that feel very uncomfortable. The weather will just be getting to "classic summery weather" compared to how it has felt through much of this past week. - Rain and isolated storm chances will rise for Monday as a weak cold front passes by. The afternoon ride home and evening hours could be impacted. As of Friday evening, the threat of severe weather is very low to none. - While the rain chances go down after Monday, the humidity levels will be going up. A very muggy feeling may be felt by everyone by this coming Thursday. - The "unofficial end of Summer" is in sight in our 10-day forecast. The latest computer model data brings a chance for showers through much of Labor Day weekend. - TROPICS: There are no other systems being monitored for potential tropical development across the Atlantic Ocean Basin.
