Fare holiday brings free rides to NJ Transit

Those who take NJ Transit can expect free rides starting Monday. For one week, NJ Transit will make trains, buses and light rails free as part of a fare holiday. The governor says it's a thank you to riders who have dealt with service problems over the summer. This comes about a month after fare prices were increased 15%.
