    "

The superintendent of the Islip School District wrote a letter of apology for taking photos of on-duty female lifeguards. Dennis O'Hara admitted to taking the pictures while he worked as a lifeguard at Robert Moses State Park. O'Hara initially said he sent a photo of one lifeguard to the state, saying they were not in an official uniform. He later apologized to the school board and community for "creating this distraction." In the new letter sent Friday, he says his apology was insufficient and should have been more direct. "

Can someone with actual journalism experience try to write this article in a way that gives the reader ANY IDEA of what the article is about or alluding to? How do you write an article about a specific event and leave out every ounce of information required for comprehension?
