A new housing lottery is now open for low-income seniors for rent-free apartments in Soundview. The apartments are located at 1940 Turnbull Ave. in Soundview. The housing connect website lists the monthly rent as $0. At least one household member must be 62 years old or older and make less than $62,000 per year. There are 53 studio apartments available.
