Police: University of Delaware student from New Jersey fatally struck by motorcycle

Police say the motorcyclist sped off after they attempted to pull them over just before midnight. Officers say they did not chase the motorcycle. However, it went on to hit the freshman girl in a crosswalk a minute later. The driver was thrown off the motorcycle, which then hit four other people.
