    "

A New Jersey teen at the University of Delaware was fatally struck on campus Tuesday by a speeding motorcycle, authorities say. Police say the motorcyclist sped off after they attempted to pull them over just before midnight. Officers say they did not chase the motorcycle. However, it went on to hit the freshman girl in a crosswalk a minute later. The driver was thrown off the motorcycle, which then hit four other people. Authorities say the motorcyclist and the four others sustained minor injuries. The deceased student has not been identified. No charges have been filed yet and an investigation is ongoing. "

So sorry this happened. I always tell my kids, whether driving or walking, never assume the other person is going to stop of yield.
