DSNY cracking down on 'illegal dumpers' across the Bronx

The Department of Transportation says that a huge trash heap over on Selwyn Avenue in Claremont was a result of illegal dumping. After over a month, the Department of Sanitation has completely cleared the pileup and they want illegal dumpers to know that they are cracking down.
