Bridgeport man arrested on gun, drug charges after parking lot incident

Luis Hartwell, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged after police found drugs and guns in his possession. Officers responded to the Bass Pro parking lot, where a Dodge Charger was doing donuts. When approached, police saw drugs in Hartwell's fanny pack. A search of the vehicle yielded a loaded gun. Hartwell is being held on $100,000 bond. "
