Today will be seasonal with bright skies. The average highs are around 80. A string of beautiful late summer days will be with us through the week and into the weekend as strong high pressure sits over the region. Highs will be in the 80s with plenty of sun. Tropical Storm Francine is the western Gulf of Mexico. The storm is expected to strengthen into a hurricane as a Category 2 and make landfall over the central Louisiana coast late Wednesday.
