A Riverhead man was sentenced to 22 years in prison for a fatal stabbing. Gelber Lopez Perez previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter after prosecutors say he chased down and killed a man following an argument at a Riverhead traffic circle in 2023. Investigators say Perez had a blood-stained knife on him when he was arrested. "
