A Connecticut man has been arrested for harassing a state trooper who was checking on a crashed biker. John Horton, 26, of Danbury, faces charges including assault, tampering with evidence and conspiracy. The incident occurred when Horton allegedly stole a hat from the trooper's car, prompting a group of about 40 bikers to surround and harass the officer.
