Welles Remy Crowther, the "Man in the Red Bandana" who saved lives on 9/11, is being honored through a special tribute. A 1-year-old black lab, Remy, named after Crowther, serves as Rockland County's first certified electronics detection dog, assisting Detective Tim Hayes.
