Westport police say an 18-year-old is dead after a crash on Old Hill Road. Police say the teen, identified as Max Harper, was traveling in the southbound lane of Old Hill Road when his dirt bike collided with a fully loaded dump truck driving in the northbound lane around 3:19 p.m. on Wednesday. Harper was a senior at Staples High School, according to school officials.
