Police: Long Island man arrested in tow truck incident that damaged multiple cars in Sunset Park

An arrest has been made in an incident in Sunset Park where police say a man's truck was being removed by a tow truck and that man confronted the tow truck driver. As News 12 previously reported, he fought the tow truck driver in the street before getting behind the wheel. Police say they have arrested 55-year-old Russel Laiosa, of Long Island, in connection with this incident. Police say Laiosa was arrested on Sept. 9 and now faces multiple charges including robbery, reckless endangerment, and property damage, to name a few. "
