According to a statement from New Jersey Transit police , who are handling the investigation, the incident took place at the Broadway Bus Terminal in Paterson. Police say seven juveniles attacked the driver, who operates a bus on the 171 line. "The operator was treated on scene by emergency medical personnel and transported to a local hospital," NJ Transit Police told News 12.
