A stroke victim says is searching for the woman who stole her electric wheelchair. Rosalyn Johnson says had just come home from church and went inside a store to grab something to eat. When she came back, her parked wheelchair was gone. Police say they released video footage Wednesday of a woman seen scooting off on the chair. Since the incident happened on Sept. 1, Johnson has been using a different wheelchair, lent to her by a neighbor. But on Wednesday, she had another "angel" on her shoulder. "This one caught my attention because it's an elderly victim," explained Deputy Commissioner, Kaz Daughtry. "They said they stole the electric wheelchair. I immediately called the detective." Luckily, her story has a happy ending. Thanks to Deputy Commissioner Daughtry, Johnson received some new wheels. And even though she is a victim of a crime, Johnson says she is not bitter. "You know I forgive the girl who stole it, I forgive her, all I can do is pray for her," she says. "
