Bronx man accused of stabbing train operator arraigned as victim remains in medically induced coma

Twenty-seven-year-old Jonathan Davalos is being charged with multiple counts, including attempted murder, assault and menacing for stabbing Myran Pollack at Utica Avenue station on Oct. 8. He is being held without bail. “This defendant is accused of viciously attacking and seriously injuring a hardworking train operator who was simply doing his job," said Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez in a statement.
