Newburgh woman sentenced in fatal hit-and-run

Angela Fischl, of Newburgh, has been sentenced to six months in Ulster County Jail and five years’ probation. Fischl, 25, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an incident resulting in death. The incident occurred in March on Route 9W, where Donna Crystallo and Stephen Celuch of Kingston were fatally struck while crossing the roadway.
