The dry weather continues, and with lots of sunshine a record high is likely for today. Forecast highs are in the mid and upper 70s with the record high being 76 set in 1963. At this point there is no rain in sight. A cold front will pass Long Island Wednesday night, but all of the moisture will remain in Northern New York. Temperatures will cool toward the weekend. Right now, we are in abnormally dry drought conditions. Please be careful with open flames as brush fires are possible. https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=3llt2y_0wEQhZfl00
