36-year-old man injured in shooting Friday night

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 36-year-old man was injured in a shooting in Buffalo on Friday night, according to police.

Police responded to the call just before 9:40 p.m. Friday, where the man, a Buffalo resident, was shot while outside.

He was transported to ECMC to be treated for apparent non-life threatening injuries. Police are investigating to see if the shooting happened on the 100 block of Humber Avenue.

The shooting is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call or text the confidential TIPCALL line at (716) 847-2255.
