Police investigating shooting in Lovejoy District

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Thursday afternoon on Ashley Street.

Just after 12 p.m. on the 200 block of Ashley, police said a man was struck by gunfire multiple times. He was transported to ECMC by ambulance with serious injuries, according to police.
