Wayne’s Blankenberg is our Player of the Week

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Wayne’s Cam Blankenberg is our Player of the Week.

The sophomore scored a tournament high 30 points in the Eagles state quarterfinal win this weekend. Wayne defeated Williamsville South 58-41 in the Class A Far West Regionals.

Blankenberg dropped points 18 in the second half to help Wayne win their first ever regional championship. The Eagles are now off to the state final four and our Player of the Week is a big reason why.
