Part of I-390 re-opens, will repeat closure until Thursday

UPDATE (4/23/2024): All of I-390 in Monroe County has re-opened. However, the NYS Department of Transportation says they will repeat this closure until the morning of Thursday, April 25.

ORIGINAL STORY:

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Drivers in Henrietta and Brighton who use I-390 may need to seek a detour soon.

According to the New York State Department of Transportation, I-390 between Rt. 15A and the 390/590 interchange is scheduled to close between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Monday, April 22. This is due to an overhead signage replacement project.

The closure will repeat until the morning of Thursday, April 25. Anyone with information is asked to call 511.
