Mendon’s Goldberg is our Player of the Week

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Pittsford Mendon’s Lilly Goldberg is our Player of the Week. The senior pitched three complete games for the Vikings.

In her three outings, Goldberg had 12, 15, and 17 strikeouts with the latter coming in a big win over rival Sutherland. Goldberg allowed just one run across 21 innings which led to a 3-0 week for her team.

Mendon is currently ranked 10th in the state for Class AA and Goldberg gets to be ranked as our Player of the Week.
