Monroe County offices closed for Memorial Day

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Monroe County officials announced closings for Memorial Day.

Memorial Day is observed on Monday, May 27 this year, and was made to honor those who died while serving in the U.S. military.

Officials from the county announced that the Monroe County Office Building and all other county offices, including Department of Human Services offices will be closed on Monday, May 27.

Monroe County Department of Motor Vehicles offices will also be closed in observance of the holiday.
