“These brave women who came forward to police finally saw justice. As one victim explained in court today, ‘I am forever grateful for the courageous acts of the other women, I no longer feel alone.’ Another women addressed Kuney stating, ‘I am not your victim Jeff, I am a survivor.’ And the third woman declared, ‘This is not my victim’s statement, this is my warrior’s creed,’” Assistant District Attorney Sippel said.

Kuney’s new sentence will run concurrently with his previous 20-year and four-year sentences. He then faces 20 years post-release supervision.
