    Rush woman accused of drunk driving with a child in her car

    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A woman from Rush is facing a felony charge after drunk driving with a minor in her passenger seat, deputies said.

    According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, around 11 p.m. Aug. 15, Lynne Hurlbut, 41, was pulled over in the Town of Avon under suspicions she was intoxicated behind the wheel.

    A field sobriety test conducted at the scene ended with Hurlbut getting arrested. Deputies said she was also found to have been driving with a passenger under the age of 16, upgrading her charge to a felony.

    Hurlbut was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and traffic violations. Deputies said a breathalyzer test revealed she had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .13%.
