Breen’s Market in Williamson to close in September

WILLIAMSON, N.Y. (WROC) — Breen’s Market in September will be closing next month.

The family grocer opened in 1908, first as a meat market, and has been in Williamson for over 40 years. In a Facebook post, the grocer thanked its customers, and employees for their years of dedication.

Breen’s said in a statement that the plaza owners have a plan for the building.

They will be selling off inventory, and will be preparing for a final liquidation and closure in late September.
