Wegmans & Tops offering vaccine appointments ahead of flu season

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Flu season is coming closer — and residents are encouraged to get their flu vaccinations for 2024-2025.

Wegmans announced on Wednesday that all of its pharmacies have the flu vaccine available via walk-in or make an appointment on the grocery store’s website.

Customers are encouraged to make a walk-in during a Wegmans pharmacy’s business hours or by scheduling an appointment through Wegmans’ website.

In addition, Tops Friendly Markets has immunization appointments still available at its pharmacy locations in Monroe County — these include Irondequoit, Greece, and Gates, among others.

A full list of Tops Friendly Market pharmacy locations and appointments for vaccines can be found by clicking here. They confirmed with News 8 that they offer walk-in flu shots. Starting Friday, they will also offer walk-in COVID shots.
