ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A second driver has been charged following a deadly crash on Driving Park Avenue.

On August 16, 36-year-old Lafayama Chapman was killed when a gray Kia left the roadway and struck him. The Kia ended up crashing into a store. Chapman was taken to a hospital and died the next morning.

Investigators determined a white Honda hit the Kia, which led to the crash. Investigators said the driver got out of the car to look at the damage, before going back into the vehicle and heading southbound.

Police later found the Honda on August 18 at a home in the city. 43-year-old Robin Graham was accused of driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. She was arrested and taken to the Monroe County Jail.

Graham has been charged with leaving the scene of an incident resulting in death, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, and multiple traffic violations.

Prior to this arrest, the driver of the Kia was charged with driving while intoxicated.
