Bills: Josh Allen, Terrel Bernard are captains, Damar Hamlin starting Sunday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Buffalo Bills are preparing for their first season game this Sunday!

Along with Allen and Bernard, McDermott said there will be a leadership group of 10 other guys. He says the structure works for the team. In addition, Damar Hamlin will also be the starting safety on Sunday.

The Bills’ first game of the season is on Sunday, September 9 against the Arizona Cardinals. It will also be their first home game of the season.McDermott says they are not only looking forward to Wednesday’s practice, they are also excited to take on the Cardinals. He said they are excited to take on a team they respect.

The Bills recently finalized its 53-player roster and added players to its practice squad. Before this, the amount of players on injury reserve left some fans concerned. McDermott said on Wednesday that Javon Solomon would not practice, Trubisky would be eliminated, and Cole Bishop, Quentin Morris, and Curtis Samuel would be full today.
