ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Bills linebacker Terrel Bernard will be out for a couple of weeks due to an injury, Coach Sean McDermott announced Friday afternoon.

McDermott says they are considering whether Bernard’s pectoral injury will lead to him being put on injury reserve.

Bernard was announced to be a captain with the Bills along with Josh Allen before their first season game against the Cardinals.

Cornerback Taron Johnson went down with a forearm injury and was ruled out of Thursday’s game against the Dolphins.

The Bills won their second game of the season against Miami 31-10 , but Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa left in the middle of the game due to a concussion.

The Bills are returning home on September 23 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. For more information about where, when, and how to watch the game, click here.
