MCSO: Missing persons located and are safe

UPDATE: MSCO reports both Yearwood and Barney have been located and are safe.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in locating two missing persons.

MCSO says 21-year-old Evan Yearwood and 14-year-old Dylan Barney were both last seen leaving the YMCA on Jefferson Road in Pittsford around 4:00 p.m.

Yearwood is described as 5-foot 10-inches in height with Brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray shorts with white sneakers.

Barney is described as 5-foot 5-inches in height with black hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with black shorts and black crocs.

According to MCSO, both Yearwood and Barney are residents of the Villa of Hope in Rochester. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
