Scouts looking for new recruits in the Rochester area

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — As school is back in full swing and we’re now into the fall season this is the busiest time of the year for recruits to sign up for Scouts.

Stephen Hoitt, a scout executive with Seneca Waterways Council, and Eagle Scout Leora Blum joined us on Sunrise to highlight the benefits of being a scout and what it takes to make it to the Eagle rank.
