ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The second suspect in the gruesome murder of an Irondequoit family has made a list of 10 Most Wanted Fugitives in Puerto Rico.

The US Marshals Service District of Puerto Rico placed 31-year-old Luis Francisco Soriano on their list. Authorities believe he is in Puerto Rico and they are actively searching for him. He is considered armed and dangerous.

He is from the Dominican Republic, but has family in Rochester. His brother, Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano, was arrested in connection to the deaths of a family of four in Irondequoit — this includes a two-year-old child and a four-year-old child. The family’s bodies were found in the basement of their Knapp Avenue home during a fire.

Investigators said Julio traveled to Puerto Rico illegally, got a fake ID, and used it to enter the US mainland. He was wanted for a 2019 murder in the Dominican Republic.

Luis is described as standing at 5’6″, weighing around 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He has four moles under his right eye and tattoos on both arms.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call (787)-766-6297, the US Marshalls Service Communication Center at (800)-336-0102, the case agents at (797)-306-9411 and (787)-412-1462, or by submitting tips through the USMS Tips App.
