Weather forecast: Sunshine on the way!

Showers have continued to pepper WNY at times today, slated to do the same into the night until we can finally get this front to clear the region. Expect temperatures to move very little this evening, holding in the 60s through the night. It won’t rain the whole night, but scattered downpours should still be a thing through morning.

The afternoon should feature partial clearing into the afternoon, helping drive some sunshine back into the forecast.

We’ll keep partial sunshine alive Friday and into the weekend as we pay attention to how close the cloud shield from the remnants of Helene get. Right now, we don’t expect any wet weather through the weekend but showers could return early next week.
