Final ROC the Block of the year held at Parcel 5

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The last ROC the Block employment fair of the year was held Wednesday.

For the last three years, the city has gathered employers at Parcel 5 to throw a block party with food and music, hoping to connect the community with nearly 200 potential employers and agencies.

“It was a great chance to network, get around to a lot of different opportunities, find your way, find what you like, and introduce yourself to new things that you might not have considered before,” attendee Shamar Jenkins said.

Roc the Block will return in 2025.
