ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 19-year-old and a 16-year-old from Rochester were arrested in Caledonia Tuesday, after police say they were caught running from a burglary with stolen guns.

According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a business on Main Street around 2:00 a.m. for reports of a burglary. The first deputy on scene saw a broken window to the building, with multiple people using flashlights inside.

When more police arrived, two people ran away. They were arrested after a foot chase and identified as Jakeim Donald, 19, and 1 16-year-old juvenile. Police said both were carrying guns that had been stolen from the business.

Investigators determined the suspects used a vehicle which had been stolen from Hilton.

Donald was charged with burglary, grand larceny, criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of stolen property, conspiracy, and possession of burglar tools. He was arraigned and taken to the Livingston County Jail.

The 16-year-old was charged with burglary, grand larceny, criminal mischief, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a weapon, and conspiracy. He was taken to Livingston County Family Court and turned over to a parent.
