ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A Rochester man will face 60 months in prison after being convicted on charges related to drug sales in the Rochester area.

Dante Bolling, 24, was convicted of conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, and possession of ammunition by an unlawful user of a controlled substance, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Between August 2020, and August 25 2022, Bolling conspired with others to sell quantities of cocaine in the Rochester area.

On August 25, 2022, a search warrant was executed at Bolling’s home on Mayflower Street where around 66 grams of cocaine and drug trafficking paraphernalia was seized. Bolling also possessed a firearm and ammunition.

The sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
