    Police chase ends in several arrests related to string of commercial burglaries in Rochester

    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A Rochester Police Department investigation into a string of commercial burglaries resulted in a vehicle pursuit and several arrests in Rochester.

    There were multiple break-ins at business in the Mt. Hope Avenue area.

    According to RPD, officers pursued a suspect vehicle fleeing from the scene of one of the burglaries overnight Thursday and into early Friday morning. Eventually the chase ended near South Clinton Avenue and Gregory Street where the suspects then fled on foot.

    RPD says several suspects were taken into custody. Due to the investigation, RPD cannot release any more information at this time.
