Benucci’s Restaurant to close after 30 years in business

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – After 30-years in business, Benucci’s Restaurant on Monroe Avenue will be closing its doors, the business announced in a Facebook post.

The closure follows owner Rhonda Stamatis and Chef and General Manager George Stamatis decision to retire.

“We will never forget the outpouring of support for the restaurant and the words of encouragement that came from so many of our loyal customers. You helped to get us through to the other side. Thank you for the honor to know and serve you and your families over the past 30 years,” the post stated.
