More than 2,000 homes without power

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — More than 2,000 homes and businesses were without power in and around Rochester Monday morning.

According to RG&E, NYSEG, and National Grid, most of the outages were in Webster, Irondequoit and Williamson, with hundreds more in Pittsford and Clarkson. By around 5:15 p.m. the number had dwindled to just under 1,000, mostly in Webster and Ontario.
