Asian Street Cafe, AE Skin & Beauty grand opening, more at Elm Ridge Center in Greece

GREECE, N.Y. (WROC) — Elm Ridge Center in Greece has seen significant revitalization since 2021: when developer Jay Wegman took over the plaza.

The plaza has gone from 20% to over 90% occupancy in that time.

The revitalization continues, as AE Skin & Beauty is celebrating their grand opening Saturday in this space near the Walmart.

The all-inclusive spot has everything from brow and lash treatments, tattooing (along with permanent jewelry), facials, and more.

On the other side of the plaza, Nova Trampoline Park — a national chain that opened in the Center last year — is adding go-karts!

Wegman tells News 8 the company is planning to have the expansion done in December or January.

And near Cotoletta , a new fast-casual Asian spot looks to open soon: Asian Street Cafe.

Their menu has Chinese, Japanese, and Korean items, alongside sweet treats and boba tea. They hope to open before the winter.
