Why is it that this sounds to much like a " create a problem, already have the solution " The chemicals have been around for 60 years then all of a sudden when they started the alternative energy push, it became a problem ? And well, if you can't raise or grow anything on the land , okay, you can convert it to solar farms. It just seems very coincidental.
