Animal Adventure welcomes 3 newborn lion cubs

HARPURSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Animal Adventure announced that the cats are out of the bag, and welcomed three newborn lion cubs to the park.

Animal Adventure Park says a trio of female cubs were born on February 20 to the African lioness Bisa and their father Solomon.

Bisa also gave birth three females in March of last year.

Owner of the park, Jordan Patch says he is proud that the park is doing its part to protect the vulnerable species.

Animal Adventure Park will reopen for its 12th season on April 3, and the cubs will join the lion exhibit in the Spring.
