Brookdale Castle Gardens’ rebranding celebration

VESTAL, NY (WIVT/WBGH) – A premiere senior living community in Vestal held a re-branding celebration after being acquired by one of the largest organizations in the industry.

Brookdale Castle Gardens, formerly, The Hearth at Castle Gardens, was acquired by Brookdale Senior Living last June.

It’s one of the largest retirement community providers in the United States.

Brookdale currently operates more than 700 communities and houses more than 60,000 full-time residents.

Castle Gardens held a vintage Hollywood themed party last week to celebrate the re-branding.

Sales manager Kristen Fata says there won’t be any major changes, besides some much-needed facility upgrades.

“Just over thirty year history, to serve so many families and loved ones here at Castle Gardens. And we look forward to celebrating that with Brookdale, and new resources available to us, and maybe a spruce up here and there. And welcome more families and support them throughout whatever their journey is,” says Fata.

Fata says Brookdale has already funded several capital improvements, including new roofs, updated balconies and windows, with more projects later in the year.
